Issues Importing Geometry from SKU into OS

Hello - I am creating a very easy and small office building that has a combination of windows, glass doors, and overhang doors. I verified the construction of the building with the different 3D viewers and the Info Tool pointer, and it all seems to be in order. All doors and windows are shown as subsurface.

When I open the model in Open Studio and click on the Geometry window, only two of the windows are imported correctly, the other doors and windows seem to have some sort of double surface. When I click on them, Open Studio shows it as a wall.

I have tried EVERYTHING. Any advice?
