OpenStudio-Application: Rename Air Loops, Plant Loops and Service Water Loops

I am using DOE Measures to add HVAC Systems and Water Systems and it names loops in its own way. However, I need to rename the Air Loops, Plant Loops, and Water Systems. How do I do this and will this crash the simulation because of renamed loops?
