Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could help with this question- which would be greatly appreciated.

I'm generating an idf file using MATLAB (by reading an exisiting IDF file, modifying that file, and then saving it as a new IDF file). However, the new IDF file crashes, as it is an emty text file! In other words, nothing is saved as the new idf file. The error file simply says: C:\fakepath\Capture.JPG

Also, in the MATLAB Command Window, it says: EnergyPlus, Version 9.1.0-08d2e308bb, YMD=2022.04.08 01:56 **FATAL:Errors occurred on processing input file. Preceding condition(s) cause termination.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
