Openstudio prototype buildings GitHub

Hi,

I am trying to generated the openstudio prototype buildings from the NREL GitHub Library. When I am trying to run the bundles in Git Bash, here is the message that I get:

$ bundle exec rake build C:/Ruby30-x64/lib/ruby/gems/3.0.0/gems/bundler-2.2.29/lib/bundler/resolver.rb:278:in block in verify_gemfile_dependencies_are_found!': Could not find gem 'minitest-reporters' in locally installed gems. I would appreciate it if anyone could provide some ideas on how to resolve this and generate the prototype buildings.
