I want to analyze the daylighting in DesignBuilder but I have some problems with the basics. Are there any sources that can help me find the answers to following questions? 1- What is ray tracing method? 2- What is Monte Carlo method used for in Radiance Daylighting? 3- and I also want to know the detailed definition of ambient parameters (ambient bounces, ambient accuracy, ambient divisions, ambient super samples). I read DesignBuilder documentation but I didn't really get what they mean. Thank you for any help that you can give.
