Modeling a Blind with glazing layer data

I would like to model a glazing layer as a blind. I want to use a coated thin glazing layer as a blind, so I have the optical properties of the glazing layer at Normal incident. (It is imported from window software). But in blind section, it asks for diffuse and beam properties. Does anybody know how should I model a blind with Normal incident data to get a reasonable result?

Thanks!
