Modeling a blind with Glazing Layer

I would like to model a glazing layer as a blind in energyplus. So I have the optical properties of the glazing layer at Normal incident. (It is imported from window software). I want to use a coated thin glazing layer as a blind. But in blind section, it asks for diffuse and beam properties. Does anybody know how should I model a blind with Normal incident data?

Thanks!
