The U-factor, SHGC, etc., are typically reported for standard NFRC/ISO environmental conditions based on the temperature, wind speed, etc. Does EnergyPlus adjust windows' properties dynamically, or it keeps the same values throughout the analysis? This dynamic behavior is acknowledged here, but I couldn't figure out if EnergyPlus does this or not. If yes, which module in the source code is responsible for that? If not, what is the best approach to consider these changes?
