May I ask how to calculate air change rate under natural ventilation mode in OpenStudio, if a fixed air flow rate is not specified for the building?

I asked this because I saw in the following video that DesignBuilder has an option to switch between "scheduled ac/h" and "calculated ac/h" to estimate intensity of natural ventilation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NS9ixAqUCPA

So, can we do this also in OpenStudio?
