The spaces are getting in the 50s because the night manager is not turning on the multi-zone HVAC system which serves VAVs. Can someone tell me if i'm doing this wrong or if there is something wrong with the software? I have verified in DVIEW that the unmet hours occur during the vacant hours. There seems to be some issues with these "lists" that keep getting referenced, but from what i understand OpenStudio doesn't support the use/creating/editing of lists for multi-zone systems so i'm not sure if that is part of the issue or not.
