open studio sketchup 2019 plugin

I have just installed the Nov 19 pre-release of Open Studio 1.0.0 which is compatible with Sketchup 2019 (https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio/releases/tag/v3.0.0-pre1). I already had Sketchup 2019 installed, however the plugin is not appearing when I open Sketchup.

The installation steps as shown in the link above state:

"The OpenStudio Application SketchUp Plug-in requires SketchUp 2019 (not available for Linux)...SketchUp must be installed before OpenStudio Application to automatically activate the plugin."

I can't see any openstudio plugin in the folder C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2019\SketchUp\Plugins.

For previous versions of Open Studio I understand you could manually install the Sketchup plugins by moving files from *C:\openstudio-%VERSION%\SketchUpPlugin\plugin* (https://nrel.github.io/OpenStudio-user-documentation/help/troubleshooting/), however there is no such folder within the latest installation.

Any help appreciated, thanks.
