Air system in Ideal Loads Air System Template

Good morning,

I am writing a paper regarding energy modeling and envelope solar properties using EnergyPlus.

I started from the primary school example and I began substituting the real HVAC system with an IdealLoadsAirSystem (HVACTemplate:Zone:IdealLoadsAirSystem). Sensible Heat Gain results are nearly the same of the example file, there are only 7 zones where cooling loads are considerably lower with the ideal loads system (I have noticed that these zones (bath, corridors, kitchen, mech) are all services area and are under the same schedule).

I would like to ask you which could be the problem that causes this difference, I think that this difference could be related to the air loop and I would like to ask you how to model in the ideal loads air system. In the HVACTemplate:Zone:IdealLoadsAirSystem I have changed the outdoor air method panel, is this enough or I should create also a ZoneHVAC:IdealLoadsAirSystem?
