Is my computer too dinky for BEopt?

I have an Inspiron 3180 2109 with 4 gigabits installed Ram and a processor described as AMD E2-9000e RADEON R2, 4 COMPUTE CORES 2C+2G, 1500 Mhz, 2 cores. (I normally use Mac and have a cheap PC for non-apple uses.)

Trying to use newly-installed BEopt and it is waaaaayyyy slow. I checked the site and only saw "windows" as the listed system requirement. Do I need a different computer or more Ram or....? Dying to get into this software, so any help would be much appreciated.
