EnergyPlus Error Temperature & Relative Humidity Out of Bounds when using Window Blinds

I have a perfectly working simple model of a room. It runs perfectly but when I add a window blind to a certain window, it gives an error that that says temperature is out of bounds. Max is -100.00002°C and Min is -109.570361°C.

I also had a warning with the relative humidity being out of range. Max is 10148.58436% and Min is 2310.599689%.

I created a internal blind object in the window shading control class. It is associated with the window construction with a WindowMaterial:Blind object in the innermost layer.

I'm currently using EnergyPlus 9.0.1. Creating window blinds as shown here in this year 2017 youtube video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZTaviz3R6s , is different in E+ 9.0.1 (year 2019). Fenestration surfaces do not have shading control name. However, assigning of shading control to a surface now is done through the window shading control.
