Solid windows in openstudio geometry

Hi! First timer here. I've been struggling with a problem and can't find any clue to solving it:

I noticed some windows were not being shadowed properly (sunlit fraction always 1), first I thougt I had an issue with shadowing surfaces (non convex surfaces errors) but then I realized this windows were solid when looking at them in the 3D view geometry in OpenStudio. Just tried to upload an image but I need 10 user points... You can see the windows, but the wall behind them is also there. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fAgA2nwZ0OQ0K5mM6Yo0NoB9rOy5CzOL/view?usp=sharing

They are ok when looking at them in Sketchup or with the inspector. No errors or warnings in geometry.

I tried redrawing the wall surface, redrawing the window sub surfaces, rematching and intersecting the model, punching holes and filling them with windows...

Maybe it has to do with the wall being double height? The space is stretching to the top of the next floor in it's eastern side, the problems seem to happen only in the windows were the walls are taller, other windows on regular walls in the same space are ok.

Any hint? Thanks in advance!
