Specify Refrigerant R134a Plant Loop

I'm trying to model a heat exchanger that uses both chilled water and refrigerant R134a to transfer heat from a rear door rack-mounted server rack. I'm having trouble interpreting how the EnergyPlus measure is written to change the plant fluid type to refrigerant R134a. I was planning to model a fluid-to-fluid heat exchanger that uses R134a and is connected to the building chilled water loop. Is this a good approach to model this situation? The specific rear-door cooler is based on the Liebert XDP/XDR cooling solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
