In Designbuilder, I can't access the HVAC edit screen

when I use the Designbuilder, I want to use Detailed HVAC system.So I enter the 'Model option data' and choose the Detailed HVAC system. And I double click the 'HVAC system',but I can't access the HVAC edit screen.
