I just saw in a few notes from a talk as BS 2017 that there are no plans to bring the HVAC Templates into the JSON version of E+, which means it will be gone by ~V10 when IDF files have been removed. Is this correct, and if so, are there any suggestions for alternative ways of quickly setting up the structure and nodes for a HVAC system? I just don't want to jump into it and reinvent the wheel if something else exists. I did see in the eppy notes that a replacement is being considered.
