Simulation manager in design builder

On simulation manager chapter, design builder manual say that: It allows you to run multiple simulations in parallel on your local machine! But my question is: if I need to simulate thermal comfort for 2 different rooms, how can I do it at the same time and to obtain 2 different results? If I select one room and then I run the simulation, I need to wait for it to come to an end so that I can run another simulation on a different room. And if I let the first simulation go on and I select another room to simulate, the result will not be an average between those 2 rooms?
