OS frame depth error

The inside reveal and sill for window frames are incorrectly translated in the Radiance measure for OpenStudio. The inside reveal is always 0.05 m no matter what the user specifies. Also, the sill is an exact copy of the inside reveal (i.e. 4 perpendicular surfaces projecting inward around the whole window, same geometry, same reflectance, same everything). Outside reveal seems to work fine.
