SI to IP conversions within OpenStudio

@danmacumber @jason.degraw

We developing some software with which will be converting freely back and forth between ip and si using all aspects of OpenStudio (gbxml translators,measures etc).

As such we need to know the exact conversion factors that OpenStudio uses so that we don't get incorrect data in the conversion process (obviously we will not be rounding)

As I understand it the conversion factors used through OpenStudio are listed here: https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio/blob/3549a2c2955007d05e8aa55371fcf5ce1e6b2a27/openstudiocore/src/utilities/units/QuantityConverter.cpp#L133-L281

Are we correct to use these conversion factors for all aspects of OpenStudio? If not, which conversion factors should we use?

Many thanks!
