I'm definitely a novice with OpenStudio in general, but I'm trying to get my chilled water loop to be able to turn off in the winter. (Currently the cooling coils are on the Always On: Discrete availability schedule)
What I can't figure out is how to create either a schedule or availability manager that will help me accomplish this. Any help is much appreciated!
