Best way to simulate an open exterior door/windows

I have two cases; one is a retail where they dont have door (they have the gap without door, they never close a door); another one is a chicken farm, where they have long windows without crystal.

I started using an air wall with a very high infiltration to simulate mass transfer. I have never been sure about this solution.

I have found ZoneVentilation:WindandStackOpenArea object, which I think of suiting better to my cases. I also have seen AirflowNetwork object, but it needs a detail that I'll not define now.

I have doubts about ZoneVentilation:WindandStackOpenArea. It is associated to a thermal zone, not to a door or window. Then, in my case where I dont have crystals; how do I have to define the windows and doors? as an air wall or as normal windows or doors? I am not sure if defining a door as a air wall and using ZoneVentilation:WindandStackOpenAreaI'll be considering twice thermal transfer accroos the windows or doors.
