Whose heating or cooling energy consumption is bigger, first floor or middle floor?

Hey guys, I have a question about the heating or cooling energy consumption in the first floor. In my view, I think the first floor's heating energy should be larger than middle floor and its cooling enery should be smaller than middle in the cold region. However, when I used the calculation tool of ground temperature in E+, the result was very close to the indoor air setpoint temperature. And then, the energy simulation result showed that both the heating and cooling energy consumptions in first floor are larger than middle floor. Do I need to decrease the ground surface temperature until I get my ideal scenario or keet the current simulation results. Which one is more closer to the reality?

Many thank
