DX Cooling Staging Sequence

Has anyone modeled the below DX cooling stages in Openstudio?

  1. Upto 66% fan speed and economizer only
  2. Upto 66% fan speed with added DX cooling
  3. Upto 100% fan speed

Please let me know if there is a way to model this. I am using Openstudio 2.2.
