how to convert the weather .bin file to epw. file for using into Openstudio

i am watching your video and i have a question how to convert .bin to .ewp i could not use DOE2.1 i dont know why maybe i didnt have password i wanna put the file to Openstudio Oh! i converted it by Ecotech but the file has been errored. pls help Thanks
