Surface matching is not working properly

image description i am using Sketchup 2017 with Openstudio 2.1. I run the intersect function and then match the surface for the entire model. However, the result didn't seem great like the screenshot. I created the model with great discretion without making any unnecessary room intersections. Is there any solutions for this?
