I'm new in OpenStudio, I just instaled Sketchup 2017 Make and OpenStudio 2.1.0 (Window 10 64 bits) but I'm having some problems:
The first problem that I'm having is that I cannot save the OpenStudio model .osm. I'm not able to upload pictures however I will try to explain what happened:
- I click on "Save OpenStudio Model as" and the extension .osm does not appear. Even if i write the exetension in the file name (in my example "demo.osm") and click save, the file doesn't appear in the file directory.
Finally when I try to open the .skb file (the only one that I have on the folder), I have following error:
"Removing previously linked OpenStudio content Open OpenStudio model at 'C:/Users/André/Desktop/demo/demo.osm' to restore content"
But there is no file into the directory. Does anyone know how to solve this?
