Some/most times that I open my OpenStudio models I get this warning:
I feel like it might be more likely to happen when I am opening multiple instances of OpenStudio, though this might just be a bit of Apophenia on my part. It does not really matter matter as it is easy enough to reselect the weather file but it is a bit annoying.
