I am a new OpenStudio user and I was trying to access BCL per the instructions at http://nrel.github.io/OpenStudio-user-documentation/getting_started/getting_started/
On the BCL website, I could not find any option to register as a new user. I'm also not affiliated with any of current groups. I emailed support a few days ago.
Does anyone know what the issue is? Thanks
