Is it possible to link plc and open studio? what about energy plus?

I'm going to simulate a controllable external shading for a building. Is open studio able to simulate thid dynamic model? What about energyplus? and If it isn't able to simulate I will use PLC for programming the external shading. then I want to know what will be the effect of using this controlled xternal shading on building cooling demand. Is it possible to import the plc program to openstudio or energyplus? Thank you
