Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage (ATES) system in EnergyPlus

For one of the LEED project, we are asked to model Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage (ATES) system. The ATES system consists of two doublets connected to hot and cold wells. During summer time, cold well provides cooling to the building and all drained heat is stored in hot well. During winter, water from hot well is cooled by cooling towers and cold well gets regenerated.

If any one has experience of modeling such system for LEED, would appreciate if they can share their experience here.
