Hi, I'm having trouble with the installation of Openstudio 1.10.0. I downloaded the executable, I was able to install it but, every time I open Sketchup, I get a pop-up message which says: "Welcome to Openstudio Sketchup Plug-in, switch between the new and legacy versions of the plug-in using Plugins--> Select Openstudio Version" then "Yes to see the getting started guide now, No to skip this message next time, Cancel to do nothing". Any choice I make, I get the following message in a pop-up window: "Error loading OpenStudio SketchUp Plug-In: 127:Unable to find the following procedure - Init_openstudiomodelhvac C:/Users/"MyComputer"/AppData/Roaming/SketchUp/SketchUp2016/SketchUp/Plugins/openstudiomodelhvac.so" At this point I can only press OK and SketchUp will start with the only plug-in I have been able to successfully install: the Legacy Openstudio plug-in! I have no other choice! Useless to say that I tried many times to uninstall/install the OpenStudio plug-in but I still get the same pop-up windows and the Openstudio plug-in won't start. My O.S. is Microsoft Windows 7 Pro 32bit, Service Pack 1. Any solution for my issue? Is there a missing file or something wrong during my installation? I'm using SketchUp to create a geometry for EnergyPlus and I'm not able to find out whether this issue is caused by the unsuccessful installation of OpenStudio plug-in or by Energy Plus itself. In addition, if I try to run a simulation without using the Legacy OpenStudio SketchUp plug-in to create a geometry for the IDF file, I won't get any Energy Plus crash. Thanks in advance, kind regards,
Giorgio C.
