The problem with placing the quantity of luminaires, occupants and electronic equipment

Hello, I have a problem with putting to the Open Studio quantity of luminaires, occupants and electronic devices that I created. After saving the project value doesn't change. I have Windows 8 and in windows 7 it is working normal.
