Change all interior walls to air walls

Since I watched this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w9KnL1kIJKk&index=4&list=PL8yXEVRWzpa3pdVB0kgfAEWv1Y1tWra9g I tried to turn all my interior walls into air walls, but my version is newer than the video (mine is 1.9) and when I click de wrench button a differnt windows appears.

Does anyone know how can I do this?

And what is an air wall?
