Zone Equipment and Heat Exchanger Modelling - OpenStudio

Hey all,

The building I am modelling has both AHU and radiant heat panels in some of the zones. The AHU heating coil is supplied through a heat exchanger from hot water to glycol. This hot water is from a district heating source. The problem I am running into is hot water from the district source also supplies the radiant heat panels. How do I tie these two items together? So the real question is can the zone equipment be connected to the district hot water loop or how do they interact with one another?

The next questions associated with that would be how do I model the heat exchanger in conjunction with the district heating. I was thinking of putting a heat exchanger on the demand side of the district heating loop, along with the radiant heat panels (if that is how it should be modelled). Then I was thinking that I could create another loop that has a heat exchanger as a supply. Is that even possible in OpenStudio or am I going about it the wrong way.

Below is an image of how the district heating and cooling are tied into the AHU and radiant panels. The HRV can be ignored for this question. C:\fakepath\heatingcoolingmodel.PNG
