DesignSpecification:OutdoorAir not being set by OpenStudio

It appears OpenStudio (using 1.9.0) does not set the 'Design Specification Outdoor Air Object Name' for the AirTerminal:SingleDuct:VAV:Reheat object and therefore the minimum ventilation defined in the the space/zone DesignSpecification:OutdoorAir object is not being supplied to the zone.

I've noticed in hourly reports and in the EnergyPlus Outdoor Air Summary Report that my thermal zones were not receiving ventilation air as defined in the DesignSpecification:OutdoorAir object. I exported the IDF file from OpenStudio and all of the 'Design Specification Outdoor Air Object Name' fields are blank when opened in the IDF editor. The excerpt from the E+ Input/Output reference below confirms this field is required for the AirTerminal to deliver the proper amount of ventilation...

I am not using any form of demand controlled ventilation, and the total airflow to the zone is routinely under the volume of outdoor air defined. (As an example, I have an OA requirement of 6 ACH defined and zones are only receiving 3-4 ACH)

Am I missing something here??
