Is it possible to implement a specific Nusselt number and friction factor for flat plate solar collector object in EnergyPlus?

Hello EnergyPlus developers and users,

I recently became familiar with SolarCollector:FlatPlate in EnergyPlus.

I was wondering whether it is possible to create a specific user-defined solar collector. I have a validated experimental setup in which the solar collector is equipped with twisted tapes inside the tubes. The Nusselt number and the friction factor in the pipes are known. I would like to know whether it is possible to implement these functions in EnergyPlus.
