Hello, I am testing the effect of combining two HVAC faults using the NREL fault measures. I noticed that applying fault A followed by B gives different results than applying fault B followed by A. In other words, the fault measures are not commutative.
How can this behavior be explained? And is there a recommended order for applying multiple fault measures to ensure consistent results?
