Establish the HVAC system in accordance with actual conditions.

I am currently facing issues in setting up the actual HVAC system within the DesignBuilder software for simulation purposes. My project involves two spaces with different functionalities that share one FCU, and I am unsure how to configure this in the software in a manner that accurately reflects reality.
