Troubleshooting of a heated floor system

Hello, I'm trying to model a heated floor system with a GSHP using the template on DesignBuilder, however there's something wrong as I can't get the floor to a sufficiently high temperature. I used the template of GSHP with heated floor, I followed the tutorials loaded both on yt and on the help content. C:\fakepath\Screenshot 2025-05-02 150054.png This is how I defined le heated floor at zone level; the hw loop provides water at 50°C, however i runned some simulations at higher temperatures but the results are not very different. In the costruction tab I defined the internal source just below the ceramic tiles in the zone as this: C:\fakepath\Screenshot 2025-05-02 150357.png

The results thos shows that my internal floor is stuck at around 10°C C:\fakepath\Screenshot 2025-05-02 150458.png I tried to look at the troubleshoots data in the help content, the design capacity is lower than 100 W/m2, but I'm really stuck on this. Ty if someone helps!
