Prototype.CentralAirSourceHeatPump

Let me preface this by saying that I am not a heavy coder of any sort but I have used Openstudio as an engineer since the beginning. I would like to use the CentralAirSourceHeatPump defined in the standards but quite frankly don't really know how to go about doing that. Can someone walk through the steps that would be required to implement that model inside a project? I understand that the Create Typical Building Measure can apply it but that is currently having issues on OS 3.9.0 with Windows 11. I don't mind doing the footwork but would like to know the process.
