Create Typical Building From Model

I am using Openstudio Version 1.90 with SDK 3.9.0. I am attempting to run the Create Typical Building From Model measure downloaded from BCL. I checked the compatibility matrix and don't see any issues, but I keep getting an error. A similar error occurs when I try any of the create building measures. Anyone know a solution? I am weak at best on Ruby and I cannot see anything in the measure that would directly cause this.
