How does OpenStudio generate HVAC Load Profiles in the HTML Report ?

How does OpenStudio generate HVAC Load Profiles in its HTML report ? I went through the ruby measure of OpenStudio results but wasn't able to figure out how the required data is being queried from the SQL file.

I have attached HVAC Load Profiles curve also for reference.
