I believe that it is possible to run an Open Studio workflow where just the measures are applied and EnergyPlus doesn't simulate.

If this is possible, what argument do I place in the OpenStudio workflow to make this happen?

If I am applying this is possible, what argument do I place to the OpenStudio workflow.

"no_simulation":"true",

However in the OpenStudio workflow WorkflowRunOptions, no_simulation is still set to make this happen?false and the simulation still runs.

What could I be doing wrong?

I am applying this argument to the OpenStudio workflow.

"no_simulation":"true",

However in the WorkflowRunOptions, no_simulation is still set to false and the simulation still runs.

What could I be doing wrong?
