Revit E+ Building Area Issue

I created a BIM model using Revit. I did set all the necessary parameters in the 3D model to run the E+ analysis through Revit. (I did create all the spaces and assigned relative properties - all spaces are conditioned). When running the analysis a first incongruence happens. The total building area is about 19000SF but the Revit detailed report (equivalent to the HTML version in E+) gives me a different value of the total building area (~3000SF at this time).

Could you help me understanding what the problem might come from? As I said all spaces are assigned and when I create the analytical model, the schedule of analytical spaces created has exactly the same SF of the 3D model.
