Want to help a startup?

Trellis Air is developing a new kind of membrane-based dehumidifier that is isothermal. We are looking for volunteers who can help us model whether and how it could provide energy savings in various settings, starting with an office building. Our theory is that you could use this to eliminate latent heat upstream of air conditioning, and that could both reduce the tons needed and also eliminate the reheat condition? But we won't know if the numbers work out until we can find someone with a detailed building model that covers both capital and energy costs. If you want to discuss, please reply or contact rwilcox@trellisair.com
