I am trying to test different IDF files to know if there were model according to plans and standrads. I get files from different versions (totally) to differnt way of inserting data like using people for meter aqure to total people in a zone. or electricity. it can be in a lot of variations.
Do anyone know a tool/ function/ library for that? What about running the file in energyPlus on the right version and extract the input data from the output file?
or maybe use a version-conversion and then extract the data?
