Heating consumption is too high.

I have a project that includes a cooling and heating system. However, I already know that the heating consumption is much lower than the cooling consumption because the project is located in a city with higher average temperatures (ASHRAE Zone 2A). However, when simulated, the heating consumption that appears in the HTML report is very high. Looking at the Zone Cooling Summary and the Zone Heating Summary, I noticed that the program is assuming the user-defined value for cooling as the heating load as well. Is there a way to change this assumption in the program? I believe it is assuming this value because the air supply rates are the same. However, the heating consumption values obtained are not realistic. Is there any way to resolve this issue?
