Lighting and Fan Consumption too high

Hi, I'm modeling a 2 story office building with Openstudio with a packaged rooftop heat pump unit, and it seems like the lighting and fan consumption is way too high compared to other end uses. The fan specifications were set as the following, and for the lighting definition I ussed the ComStock DOE Ref Pre-1980 file for Small Office buildings. Here is the link to the file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NFRLSQXOTbbQnsLvPF1qkyZgj16D71N9/view?usp=drive_link Thank you!
